How to process returns?
We offer a 30-day return policy with free return shipping.
Start a return by providing your order number, email and the items you wish to return in the form below, we will initiate the return process for you.
Returnable Items:
- Undamaged non-consumables such as pitchers and accessories.
- Unopened, sealed consumables like filters and limepads.
- Undamaged bundles (opened consumables will have their retail price deducted from the return value).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used consumables like filters or limepads.
